Orders and Shipping

Orders typically take between 3-7 business days to be processed and delivered, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

To change your shipping address on a pending order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will update the address for you.

Otherwise, you can update your shipping address in your account before making an order.

A tracking link will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. You can track the status of your order by entering your tracking number into J&T’s tracking system.

Yes, all prices listed on our website include the Value Added Tax (VAT) as required by Philippine law. There are no additional sales taxes added at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

We currently only ship nationwide within the Philippines.

Whenever possible, we will ship your items in a single package. However, if your order includes multiple items or items from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages.

Returns and Exchanges

Our returns policy allows you to return items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. Please visit our Returns and Exchanges page for more details.

If you received the wrong item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.

If your order arrived damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by replacing the damaged item or issuing a refund.

Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please do not send your item back without prior authorization.

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact our customer support team immediately. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will correct the address. If it has already been shipped, we will help you resolve the issue.

If you need to change or cancel an order after submitting it, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
